• A $34 NON-REFUNDABLE application processing fee is required.
• MILITARY MEMBERS: If there is a deployed service member in your household, please  click here for a list of additional requirements.
• SELF-EMPLOYMENT: If someone is self-employed, please  click here for a list of additional requirements.
• FOSTER CHILDREN: If you have foster children in your household, please click here for additional information.
• FLORIDA VIRTUAL SCHOOL: If you are applying for a child that attended a Florida Virtual School program during the 2011-2012 school year, please click here for more information.
• STUDENT WITH AN IEP or 504 PLAN: If you are applying for a student with a Public School IEP or one that is on the 504 plan, please click here for more information.
• HOMELESS FAMILIES: If your family is currently homeless, please click here for more information.
• FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS: If you are a first-time applicant and your child did NOT attend a Florida public school during the 2011-12 school year, there is pending legislation that, if passed, may allow you to apply for a Step Up For Students Scholarship for that child.
